Nut Biscuit

Sponge cake with the addition of nuts turns out to be very tasty, fluffy, and tender.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 10 pcs.
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Flour – 90 g
  • Walnuts – 200 g

Directions

  1. Beat the whites and yolks separately. Beat the whites until white foam, add 100 g of sugar.
  2. We continue to beat the whites with sugar until a thick white mass.
  3. Then beat the yolks with sugar until a thick light mass.
  4. Then we mix the whites with the yolks, gently stirring with a spatula from bottom to top.
  5. Gradually introduce flour, better sifted, and mix with a spatula from bottom to top.
  6. The biscuit dough is ready. It remains to add nuts to it.
  7. Chop half of the nuts with a knife, grind half in a blender. We mix nuts with egg mass.
  8. A baking dish, I have 26 cm, grease the sides with butter, cover the bottom with parchment paper. We spread the dough into a mold.
  9. We bake at 170 degrees for 45-50 minutes. We check the readiness of the nut biscuit with a toothpick.
