Ingredients
For the test:
Oatmeal flour – 120 g (+ 2 tbsp for dusting the dough)
Wheat flour – 130 g
Butter (room temperature) – 85 g
Sour cream – 50 g
Egg – 1 pc. (+ 1 pc. For greasing the creamers)
Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
Sugar – 50 g
Vanillin – on the tip of a spoon
Salt – on the tip of a spoon
For filling:
Cottage cheese – 350 g
Sour cream – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 50 g
Raisins – 1 handful (approximately 50 g)
Directions
Let’s prepare the ingredients for the filling.
Pour the raisins with boiling water and leave for 1 minute.
Then we drain the water and rinse the raisins well.
Mix the cottage cheese thoroughly with sugar and sour cream.
Add raisins to the curd mass.
Mix well.
Now let’s start preparing the dough. We take the oil out of the refrigerator in advance.
Beat butter (room temperature) with sugar with a mixer.
Then add 1 egg and sour cream.
Beat until smooth.
Sift oat and wheat flour. Add flour to the whipped mass. We also send soda, salt and vanillin there.
Knead soft dough.
After adding flour, roll out the dough into a sausage. Divide the dough into 8-12 pieces, depending on what size you want to get. I like big ones, so I divided the dough into 8 parts.
We turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees. Roll each piece of dough into a ball and roll it into a layer, in the shape of a circle, 0.5 cm thick.
We spread the filling in half of the circle.
Fold the circle, covering the filling with half of the dough on top.
We spread the juices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Beat the egg with a whisk.
Lubricate the juices with a beaten egg.
We bake oat juice with cottage cheese in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
