Ingredients

  • 100 g oatmeal, tender
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 150 g yourt, low-fat
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Put the oatmeal, milk, yoghurt and chia seeds in the blender, chop the banana and add it too. Blend for 30 seconds.
  2. If it is too thick, add a little more milk. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
