Oatmeal Fruit Smoothie

This smoothie with oatmeal, apple, banana, and kefir is satisfying enough and will especially appeal to those who do not like to eat heavy food for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Kefir – 1 glass
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Oatmeal flakes (instant) – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Pour oatmeal into a blender, fill with kefir, leave for 5-8 minutes. Cut the apples into slices. Cut the banana into arbitrary pieces.
  2. Add fruit and honey to a blender, whisk well the kefir smoothie with oatmeal, apple, and banana until smooth.
  3. Smoothie with oatmeal and fruit is ready for breakfast.
