Ingredients

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, heaped
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • 125 g oat flakes (melted flakes)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • Clarified butter, for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, milk, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with the whisk on the hand mixer. Mix and stir in the melted flakes and baking powder. Bake about eight, not too thin, pancakes about 8 cm in diameter in the hot clarified butter. Serve the pancakes warm.
  2. Best enjoyed with maple syrup or jam.
