Ingredients

  • 600 g cream quark and milk (80% and 20%) or Stippmelk / Stippmilk
  • 3 tablespoon honey or 4
  • 125 g blueberries

Instructions

  1. If you can`t get Stippmelk in stores, you can make it yourself. Simply mix quark with milk. The mixing ratio is 80% quark (full fat, no low-fat quark) and 20% milk. Since Stippmelk is sweetened, the amount of honey must be increased by approx. 1 tablespoon.
  2. Mix the milk with 2 tablespoons of honey and the washed blueberries. Decorate with the rest of the honey.
