Ingredients

  • 200 g ham, smoked, diced
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 150 g cheese (Mancheo), medium-aed, rated
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 300 grams flour
  • 100 ml vermouth, white
  • 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
  • 80 g olives, reen, without a core, chopped into small pieces
  • 80 g olives, black, without a core, chopped into small pieces
  • 4 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the yeast. Mix the eggs, salt and pepper, then slowly mix in the oil and vermouth. Add the olives, ham and cheese and mix well. Cover and let rise in a warm place for approx. 45 minutes.
  2. Knead the dough again, pour it into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven (200 °) for approx. 50 minutes. Let cool before serving.
  3. Tastes good as a starter or with a glass of wine. Makes about 20 slices.
