- 200 g olives, reen and pitted
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 g almond (s), round
- 2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 80 ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- sugar
