Ingredients

  • 200 g olives, reen and pitted
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Puree the olives and garlic in olive oil and vinegar, stir in the almonds and finely chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Possibly add a pinch of sugar.
