Omelet with Vegetables, Herbs and Cheese

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg – 4 pcs.
  • Ham – 100 g
  • Hard cheese – 50-70 g
  • Greens to taste
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Milk – 50 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Products for omelet with vegetables in front of you.
  2. Peel, wash and finely chop onions.
  3. Cut the ham into cubes.
  4. Wash greens and chop finely.
  5. Drive eggs into a plate, add milk and salt.
  6. Add greens, beat well with a whisk or fork.
  7. Preheat a frying pan, add butter.
  8. Butter fried onion on medium heat, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Put ham and fry, stirring, 1 minute.
  10. Pour prepared eggs.
  11. Fry fry an omelet with vegetables on the small fire under the hood.
  12. Grate the cheese.
  13. When the omelet has grabbed, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Let the cheese bake for 1-2 minutes.
