Ingredients

  • 1 kg onion (s), cut into rings
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 medium potato (s)
  • 250 g sausaes (Debreziner)
  • 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 2 teaspoons marjoram, dried

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a large saucepan and fry the onion rings in it until translucent. Pour in the hot broth, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Add to the broth with the marjoram and simmer for another 20 minutes. Cut the debreziner into slices and let it steep in the soup for 5 minutes.
  3. Season the stew again, sprinkle with the chives and serve.
