Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt, eggs and beer into a smooth batter. Peel the onion and cut into rings approx. 1 cm thick. Now pull the onion rings through the dough, then place them in hot fat (approx. 180 ° C) and fry for 2 minutes.
