Ingredients

  • 200 g natural yourt
  • 350 ml mineral water, still or sparkling
  • 1 orange (s), juice it
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla extract, or some fresh vanilla pulp
  • 1 pinch (s) cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons cane sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ rose water

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until it is frothy.
  2. I also often add the pulp of the orange. Instead of cane sugar, you can also use maple syrup very well.
  3. If it stands for a long time, the yoghurt may separate from the water, please just stir it.
  4. According to Ayurveda, Lassi calms the stomach, cleanses and strengthens the intestinal flora and normalizes all body forces.
