Ingredients

  • 4 orange (s)
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 100 g buttermilk
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 150 g speculoos (butter speculoos)

Instructions

  1. Peel the oranges, removing the white skin as well.
  2. Then fillet all the oranges and collect the juice.
  3. Mix the sour cream, sugar and buttermilk until creamy. Add the collected juice and stir in nicely.
  4. Crumble biscuits. Alternate the fillets with the biscuit crumbs and the sour cream in 4 glasses.
  5. Finish the top with 3 fillets each and some biscuit crumbs.
