  • 500 g minced beef, very lean (best 90% meat, 10% fat)
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, black

Moreover:

  • Fat for frying
  • 4 rolls (hamburger buns)
  • Ketchup
  • Onion (s), cut into rings

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced beef with the ingredients, shape into flat burgers a little larger than the size of a palm. Heat the fat in the pan over medium heat, add the hamburgers to the pan and fry until the underside is browned, turn over and continue to fry until the second side is browned as well.
  2. Place on hamburger buns, add a little ketchup, cover with onion rings. The hamburgers can of course also be placed on the grill.
  3. Another tip: so that the hamburgers keep their flat shape, you can weigh them down with a heavy plate or something similar during the roasting process.
