Ingredients

  • 400 g double cream cheese
  • 300 g cream
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the liquid cream until creamy. Scatter cream stiffener and keep stirring until the mixture thickens. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Clean the spring onions, chop them very finely and fold in. Keep covered in the refrigerator until consumption.
  2. For celebrations, I spray thick rosettes of this cream cheese onto Pumpernickels. But it also tastes good on any other bread, with jacket potatoes or vegetable sticks as a high-calorie variant with herb quark.
