Oven-Baked Stuffed Champignons

Stuffed champignons are a very tasty and satisfying dish. The recipe is quite simple, despite the considerable abundance of processes. Stuffed mushrooms can be served as an appetizer or as a separate dish. Thanks to our recipe, you can easily prepare this dish.

Servings: 3


  • Champignons (large) – 8-10 pcs.
  • Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Parsley greens – 0.5 bunch
  • Dill greens – 0.5 bunch
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp


  1. Prepare food for stuffed champignons.
  2. Remove the stems from the champignons.
  3. Boil the caps in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the mushroom legs.
  5. Chop the onion finely.
  6. Fry the onions in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  7. Then add mushrooms, salt and pepper.
  8. Grate eggs on a medium grater.
  9. Chop the garlic with a garlic.
  10. Combine fried mushrooms with eggs, salt and pepper, add garlic.
  11. To stir thoroughly.
  12. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  13. Chop the greens.
  14. Stuff the mushroom caps with the prepared filling, pour mayonnaise on each top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  15. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out the mushrooms.
  16. Bake the stuffed mushrooms in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius or in the microwave for 5-7 minutes.
