Ingredients

  • 1 leg turkey (thigh), approx. 200 g
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, Hungarian, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, rubbed
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 kg potato (s), small
  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 0.5 liter ½ wine, white, dry
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the turkey leg with salt, pepper and a little paprika and place in a sufficiently large roaster.
  2. Peel and halve the potatoes, quarter the larger ones if necessary. Peel and eighth the onions, peel the garlic as well. Scrape the carrots and cut them into large pieces.
  3. Add the vegetables to the turkey leg, sprinkle with the rosemary, drizzle with the olive oil and fry everything together at 180 ° C for about 1.5 hours in the oven.
