Juicy Chelogach Baked in the Oven

Chelogach is nothing more than a pork shish kebab, which is prepared not from the pulp, but from pork loin on the rib bone. In this recipe, you will learn not only how to properly bake chelogach in the oven, but also how to deliciously marinate the pork. Follow the instructions and you will get tasty, juicy and flavorful meat.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Pork (loin on the bone) – 700 g
  • Mustard – 10 g
  • Salt – 2 pinches
  • Pepper – 2 pinches
  • Coriander – 2 pinches
  • Vegetable oil – 20 ml
  • Garlic – 1 clove

Directions

  1. To make a chelogach, you need a pork loin on the bone. Dry the meat with a kitchen towel or napkins.
  2. Now you need to deliciously marinate the meat: sprinkle with seasonings and salt on both sides.
  3. Add mustard and grate on both sides.
  4. Lubricate with vegetable oil. Leave for 10 minutes, and in the meantime, preheat the oven.
  5. Put the meat on the wire rack, using foil underneath.
  6. Bake the chelogach in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 240 degrees (during this time, the meat must be turned over once).
  7. The roast baked in the oven is ready!
    Remove the baked pork from the oven and rub with chopped garlic.
  8. Everything is very simple and incredibly delicious.
