Oven Baked Puree

If after yesterday’s lunch or dinner there is mashed potatoes, the question usually arises, where to put it? And I’ll tell you how to make baked puree in the oven, and you will dispose of the leftovers in a stylish and original way!

Ingredients
- Potatoes – 10 Pieces
- Grated cheese – 10 Art. spoons
- Egg yolk – 1 Piece
- Spices – To taste
Directions
- If you already have mashed potatoes, heat it up and chop it as small as possible. If not, boil the potatoes as usual and turn them into mashed potatoes with a blender.
- Mix hot puree with grated cheese, yolk and spices to taste. The cheese should melt. Place the mixture in a pastry bag.
- Now grease the baking sheet with oil or cover with baking paper. We extrude the “roses”, moving in a spiral.
- Bake in a well-heated oven until the “roses” begin to gilder around the edges.
