Ingredients

  • 1 kg goulash (pork), alternatively mixed minced meat
  • 500 g onion (s), diced
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained, sliced
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 small Can (s) peas
  • 1 small Can / s pineapple with juice, cut into pieces
  • 500 g bell pepper (s), red, diced or cut into strips
  • 400 ml sweet cream
  • 250 ml ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • 250 ml chilli sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut large pieces of goulash into smaller pieces or tear apart the minced meat. Pour into a large fireproof dish (approx. 5 liters). Chop up the remaining ingredients as required and add. Mix everything together well.
  2. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 2 - 2.5 hours (you do not need to stir during the baking process).
  3. Goes well with it: white bread, potatoes or rice.
  4. Tip: The potatoes or rice can also be added directly under the soup, if you want.
