Ingredients

  • 300 g beef, (ox mouth), thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 5 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 5 tomato (s), dried
  • 6 tablespoon vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • Spice (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the ox`s mouth lengthways and crossways into pieces about 2cm in size. Put the meat in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the onion, pickles and tomatoes and add to the meat. Season to taste.
  3. Add the vinegar and oil and mix well. Cover and let stand for 1-2 hours. Stir every now and then, if necessary, add a little vinegar and oil. The salad should taste sour, but not sour.
  4. TIP:
  5. The salad can also be prepared the day before and left to rest in the refrigerator.
  6. Fresh bread or fried potatoes go well with it.
