Ingredients
- 200 g beef, boiled, cold ox mouth
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Parsley and chives to taste

- Cut the ox`s mouth into very fine slices. Make a sauce from oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, pour over the ox-mouth slices and refrigerate for 12 hours. To serve, add the finely chopped herbs.
