Ingredients
- 8 slices toast bread (whole grain)
- 1 can tuna in oil (drained)
- 1 tomato (s), finely diced
- 6 small pickles, finely diced
- 60 g cheese, rated (e.. Gouda)
- 1 onion (s), red, diced
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoon oil

- Mix the tuna, tomatoes, pickles, onions, cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl. Spread over 4 slices of bread and cover with the other 4 slices.
- Fry in the oil in the pan until golden brown, the filling melts in the process. Cut into triangles and stick decorative flags on top of them.
- For example, made quickly as a half-time football snack.
