  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 120 g spelled flour (whole rain)
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 2 apples
  • milk
  • honey
  • 250 g low-fat quark

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy and fold in the flour and baking powder in portions. Dilute with milk until the batter has the desired consistency. Chop an apple and fold it into the batter.
  2. Now put small heaps in a coated pan. Fry the pancakes light brown on both sides.
  3. Mix the low-fat quark with a little milk until creamy, chop the second apple and add it.
  4. Drizzle the finished pancakes with honey and serve the apple quark next to it.
