Ingredients

  • 5 medium egg (s)
  • 375 ml milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g flour
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoon raisins
  • 300 g low-fat quark
  • 1 can peach (425 ml)
  • powdered sugar
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Mix 4 eggs with milk, salt and flour to form a smooth dough. Let the dough soak for about 30 minutes.
  2. Wash the raisins and pat dry. Mix the quark, raisins, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg together.
  3. Heat the oil in portions in a coated pan. Bake 6 pancakes one after the other from the batter.
  4. Halve the pancakes and brush with 1 tablespoon of quark each, roll up and place in a greased baking dish. Bake in a hot oven (electric stove: 175 degrees, convection: 150 degrees, gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar. The peaches are enough.
