Ingredients

  • 150 g panasius fillet (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece (s) ginger
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ small onion (s)
  • 3 stalks parsley
  • 150 g carrot (s)
  • 1 small apple
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Wash the pangasius fillet and pat dry, add plenty of salt and pepper and place on a large piece of aluminum foil. Chop the chilli, garlic, ginger, onion and parsley very finely and spread on the fish. Wrap the fish tightly in the aluminum foil.
  2. Cook for approx. 20 minutes at 180 ° C top / bottom heat in the preheated oven.
  3. In the meantime, finely chop the carrots and cook in vegetable stock. Grate the apple and mix with the vegetables before serving.
