- 1 can vegetables, Chinese
- 2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 2 red pepper (s)

- Thaw the pangasius fillet or buy it fresh. Wash, core and cut the peppers into strips. Sear the Chinese vegetables with the paprika strips in a pan, season with a little salt, pepper and chilli sauce and add a little water, if necessary, to make a juicy vegetable sauce.
- In the meantime, lay out sufficiently large pieces of aluminum foil, in which the pangasius will later be cooked with the vegetables.
- When the vegetables are lightly seared, take about 2-3 tablespoons of the vegetables including the broth and place them on the aluminum foil, ideally in the middle.
- Put the pangasius fillet on top of the vegetables, which you coated beforehand with a mix of Worcester sauce and lemon juice and seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Now you have the pangasius on top of the vegetables, and put another aluminum foil over it. Now the aluminum foil is folded tightly on all sides so that a package is created and everything is nice and tight.
- Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees and put the parcels inside.
- The cooking time is around 20-25 minutes.
- Then simply take out the package and serve, just cut the foil open at the top.
