Ingredients

  • 3 port. Fish fillet (s) (Pangasius)
  • 1 can vegetables, Chinese
  • 2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • Chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Thaw the pangasius fillet or buy it fresh. Wash, core and cut the peppers into strips. Sear the Chinese vegetables with the paprika strips in a pan, season with a little salt, pepper and chilli sauce and add a little water, if necessary, to make a juicy vegetable sauce.
  2. In the meantime, lay out sufficiently large pieces of aluminum foil, in which the pangasius will later be cooked with the vegetables.
  3. When the vegetables are lightly seared, take about 2-3 tablespoons of the vegetables including the broth and place them on the aluminum foil, ideally in the middle.
  4. Put the pangasius fillet on top of the vegetables, which you coated beforehand with a mix of Worcester sauce and lemon juice and seasoned with salt and pepper.
  5. Now you have the pangasius on top of the vegetables, and put another aluminum foil over it. Now the aluminum foil is folded tightly on all sides so that a package is created and everything is nice and tight.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees and put the parcels inside.
  7. The cooking time is around 20-25 minutes.
  8. Then simply take out the package and serve, just cut the foil open at the top.
