Ingredients

  • 8 fish fillet (s) (pangasius)
  • some salt and pepper, whiter
  • some paprika powder, noble sweet
  • some lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoon flour
  • 6 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 egg (s)
  • some cream
  • some olive oil, for baking (or frying fat)

Instructions

  1. Rinse fish fillets with cold water, pat dry, season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and a little lemon juice.
  2. Put the flour in a soup plate, as well as the breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs and place in a soup plate, whisk with the cream.
  3. Bread the fish fillets: first turn them in the flour, then pull them through the eggs and turn them in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake the fish fillet slowly in the oil like a breaded schnitzel.
  5. Boiled potatoes or just salad go very well with it.
