Panna Cotta with Berry Sauce

Panna cotta is one of the most popular and beloved desserts all over the world. Possessing an amazing delicate taste, this jelly dessert is also very easy to prepare! Try this recipe for the classic creamy panna cotta with berry sauce.

Ingredients

  • Cream 30% – 800 ml
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Sugar – 130 g
  • Gelatin – 12 g
  • Vanilla – 1 pod
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • For the sauce:
  • Berries (any seasonal) – 300 g
  • Sugar – 100 g

Directions

  1. Remove the zest from the lemon.
  2. Pour gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water.
  3. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise into two parts and scrape out the seeds with a knife.
  4. We mix milk, 400 ml cream, vanilla (seeds and pod), lemon zest.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. We put it on fire. Add gelatin. Stir constantly, heat to almost boil, but do not boil.
  7. Remove from heat, cool, filter through a sieve.
  8. Whip the remaining 400 ml of cream into a thick foam.
  9. Combine with the cooled creamy gelatinous mass. Mix thoroughly.
  10. Pour into molds and refrigerate for 4 hours (or overnight).
  11. Put the berries in a blender glass, add sugar, interrupt until the puree, and rub through a sieve. Put the berry sauce in molds on the frozen jelly. Panna cotta is ready.
