Ingredients

  • 1 pack puff pastry from the cooling shelf (roll)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 3 pepper (s). red, yellow and green
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 100 g Cabanossi
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
  • 75 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and fold over a narrow strip on the sides so that the edge is a little higher. Spread half of the sour cream on the puff pastry.
  2. Clean the peppers and spring onions and cut into small pieces. Cut the sausage into slices. Then distribute everything on the sour cream. Now season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. Put the rest of the sour cream on top of the quiche and then sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Finally bake the whole thing in the oven for about 20 minutes.
