Paris Salad

An original salad that will certainly delight you with its unbroken taste. For piquancy, add 1-2 cloves of garlic to the salad, add salt and pepper to taste. I do not add salt at all, since honey mushrooms and ham already contain a sufficient amount of salt, in my opinion. Nutritious and delicious, it is ideal for a variety of everyday menus and for unexpected guests.
Ingredients
- Canned beans – 150 Gram (red)
- Mushrooms – 120 Gram (honey mushrooms)
- Ham – 120 Gram
- Hard cheese – 120 Gram
- Onions – 1 Piece
- Carrots – 1 Piece
- Dill – to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Mayonnaise – to taste
Directions
- Cut the onion into cubes. Grate the carrots. Fry the onions and carrots in a skillet until tender and transfer to a deep bowl or salad bowl.
- Add the beans after draining all the liquid. Add the chopped ham. And also pickled mushrooms, having previously thrown them on a sieve. Add finely grated cheese.
- Add chopped dill and mayonnaise. Stir the salad. If there is not enough salt, then salt the salad to taste.
- The Paris salad is ready. Enjoy your meal!
