- 60 ml tequila
- 2 dashes liqueur (lime bitters)
- Crushed ice
- champagne
- 1 strip lime zest

- Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and add tequila and bitters (1 - 3 dashes). Shake vigorously for a few seconds. Filter twice into a glass to remove any ice splinters. Top up the cocktail with champagne and garnish with a lime zest strip squeezed out over the drink.
