  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. This recipe is for the Philips Airfryer. But it also works great in any other oven.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut in half or quarter lengthways. Finely chop the garlic clove and mix with the oil. Line the Airfryer or a baking dish with paper. Lay out the carrots on the paper and brush with the garlic oil using a silicone brush. Cook the carrots in the Airfryer at 180 ° C for 10 minutes until soft. Sprinkle the vegetables generously with parmesan and place again in the Airfryer for 4 - 5 minutes at 180 ° C.
  3. Take out the carrots and sprinkle with salt and the chopped parsley.
