  • 4 small zucchini, approx. 00-500 g in total
  • 1 egg white
  • 20 g parmesan, rated
  • 20 g breadcrumbs
  • Paprika powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into slices (or sticks). Turn the slices in lightly beaten egg white, then turn them in breadcrumbs with Parmesan, which is seasoned with paprika, salt and pepper, and place on baking paper.
  2. Fry them in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20-30 minutes until crispy. The zucchini are very low in calories because they are baked and not deep-fried!
