  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • Parmesan, freshly grated
  • basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Briefly put the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them and cut into small pieces. Cut the krusti into slices, rub with garlic and briefly toast in olive oil. Spread the tomatoes on the crusty slices, sprinkle the finely chopped garlic on top and season with salt, pepper and basil. Spread the grated parmesan on top and bake at 180 ° (convection) in the preheated oven for 5 minutes until the parmesan begins to run. Out of the oven and serve warm.
