- 500 g ribbon noodles, or other
- 300 ml cream
- 300 ml milk
- 150 g pesto, reen or red
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 200 g cheese, rated
- 3 tablespoon herb cream cheese
- salt and pepper

- Cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of salted water as usual.
- Meanwhile, chop the garlic cloves and fry them in a saucepan with a little oil. Add the milk, cream, cream cheese and the pesto to the saucepan and bring to the boil. Thicken the sauce as needed and mix it with the cooked pasta.
- Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
- Grease a baking dish with butter. Put a layer of pasta in the baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top and another layer of pasta on top. Spread the rest of the cheese on the pasta. Bake for about 15 minutes at 150 ° C.
