Ingredients

  • 1 packet pasta, preferably Spirelli
  • 450 g spinach (creamed spinach)
  • 200 g feta cheese, more if you like
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 slices ham, cooked
  • pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Thaw the creamed spinach in a saucepan over medium heat while stirring. Press the feta into small pieces with a fork and add to the spinach together with the sour cream. Heat for 5 minutes while stirring (season or season to taste).
  2. Put the cooked pasta on the plates, cover with the spinach sauce. Finally, dice a slice of cooked ham and sprinkle over it.
