Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s) or a handful fried onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tomato (s), fresh or dried, or 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 port. Vegetables what`s there
  • 200 ml red wine
  • 100 ml cream, milk or cream
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 250 g pasta
  • Cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice (s), Mediterranean

Instructions

  1. Cut the selected vegetables into small pieces, ideally in cubes, and set aside.
  2. Chop the onions and garlic and fry them, add the vegetables and then deglaze with the red wine. Add the tomato paste and other liquids and simmer.
  3. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Season the sauce with spices and serve with the pasta and, if you like, with cheese.
  5. Note: I never really commit myself to the ingredients for this recipe. It`s more of a leftover meal.
  6. The basic substance consists of onions, garlic, red wine, tomato paste and cream / milk. I always have some of them at home.
