Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta your choice
  • 4 shallot (s)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • 400 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 20 g anchovy fillet (s)
  • 10 g capers
  • 60 g olives, black, dried
  • Basil, dried and / or fresh
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, coarsely chop the shallots and garlic and sauté briefly in a pan with plenty of olive oil. Roughly chop the cocktail tomatoes and add.
  3. Mix in the anchovy fillets, capers and olives (chopped or whole as you like) and season to taste with salt (use carefully!), Pepper and basil.
  4. Finally, put the pasta in the pan. Sprinkle with fresh basil and parmesan cheese before serving.
