Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, your choice, cooked
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 2 cucumber (s), with chilli, finely diced
  • 6 tablespoon cucumber liquid
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon mustard), slightly hot
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 3 tablespoon oil, (rapeseed oil)
  • 6 tablespoon mayonnaise, homemade
  • 4 egg (s), (M) fresh, hard-boiled, diced
  • 4 slices ham, cooked, thin strips
  • salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the pasta with the corn, ham, eggs and cucumber, add the cucumber water, the ketchup, mustard, the spices, vinegar and oil and stir well together. Then add the mayonnaise, mix well again and ideally let it steep for half a day.
  2. If necessary, season again.
