Pasta Salad with Eggs

You can put many different ingredients in this salad, such as pickles, black olives, celery, white or red onions, and your favorite spices. Use more during the fresh season.

Ingredients
- Large egg – 4 pieces
- Pasta – 170 Grams
- Salt, ground black pepper – To taste
- Dijon mustard – 1
- Mayonnaise – 0.5 cups
- Pickled cucumber – 3 Pieces
- Onions – 0.5-1 Pieces
- Ground paprika – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Greens – To taste
Directions
- Prepare food. Boil hard-boiled eggs, boil water with pasta salt.
- For those who do not have scales, I will say this, my glass holds 70 g of paste, its volume is about 200 ml. Boil pasta according to the instructions, I buy only hard pasta, they are healthier and tastier. After readiness, drain the water completely, cool the pasta a little, you do not need to fill them with anything yet.
- Cut pickles, onions into cubes, egg whites into cubes into strips.
- Combine boiled yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, chopped herbs (I have dill), put salt-pepper and paprika, mix the salad dressing well.
- Toss the paste with all the other ingredients, including the dressing.
- Pasta salad with eggs is ready. You can chill it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
