Ingredients
- 500 g pasta (orecchiette)
- 400 g beans, white (drained weiht)
- 150 g tomato (s), dried, soaked in oil (drained weiht)
- 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 100 g parmesan, rated
- 5 tablespoon oil (from the tomatoes)
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch basil

- Cook the orecchiette in salted water until al dente. Cut the dried tomatoes into fine strips. Mix the pasta with the other ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
- Before serving, roughly chop the basil and mix in.
