Ingredients

  • 1 kg tomato (s)
  • 500 g pasta (Spirelli)
  • 4 mozzarella
  • 3 basil (frozen)
  • 3 onion (s), diced
  • 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 10 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Herbs your choice

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente.
  2. In the meantime, prepare a vinaigrette from oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Add the diced onions and let them steep for at least an hour (this removes the heat).
  3. Clean the tomatoes, removing the insides and chopping them up. Dice the mozzarella as well.
  4. Mix all ingredients together and serve the salad.
