- 800 g spinach (frozen)
- Salt water
- 250 g shrimp (s) (frozen)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon whipped cream
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese with wild garlic
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

- Thaw the spinach and prawns. Then dice the onion and fry it with the prawns for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile you can put on the pasta water.
- It is best to squeeze the garlic with the garlic press and add it together with the spinach. Tip: If spinach and prawns have not thawed properly, be careful not to get too watery! Then it can also be that it takes longer until everything is really warm.
- Put the pasta in the water. Let the spinach and prawns simmer. Taste! Just before the pasta is done, add the cream cheese and cream. Attention, then do not bring to the boil, otherwise the cheese will flocculate! Season again to taste and serve!
