- 1 small onion (s), chopped
- 1 clove garlic, pressed through
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon herb mustard
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- salt and pepper

- Breadcrumbs to tie

- When I was looking for a way to use the carrot pomace (the residue left behind when making juice), I came up with this recipe.
- Mix all ingredients together, season well and shape into meatballs. Fry in oil.
- A herb or kefir dip goes wonderfully with it.
