Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients, except for the pomace, in the food processor and let mix for 1 - 2 minutes while rotating slowly. Finally add the fruit pomace in small steps and let mix again and again. The result is an airy and quite soft or liquid dough. Put the dough in a small, greased loaf pan and bake on the 2nd rail from the bottom in a preheated oven at 175 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 1 hour.
