Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • Jelly, red to put together
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Place the sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and butter in flakes on the rim. Put the egg in the middle and knead everything into a smooth dough.
  2. Chill the dough for about 1 hour. Then roll out thinly and cut out cookies with a small flower. Poke three small holes out of half of the cookies with a glass tube.
  3. Place on a baking sheet that has been greased or lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
  5. Brush the whole biscuits with red jelly, dust the perforated biscuits with powdered sugar and put the two biscuits together.
