Peanut Cookie

Ingredients
- Flour – 350 Grams
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Sugar – 150 Grams (half white and brown)
- Egg – 2 Pieces
- Milk – 2-3 Art. spoons
- Vegetable oil – 100 Milliliters
- Peanuts – 120-150 Grams
Directions
- First, place the nuts in a pan or baking sheet and dry a little. In a deep bowl, combine the sifted flour with baking powder, beat in the eggs, add white and brown sugar.
- Pour in vegetable oil and some milk. Grind the dried peanuts (you can in a homogeneous flour or so that tangible pieces remain). Add to bowl and mix well.
- Now you can start shaping your peanut cookies at home. Take some dough and roll it into a ball. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees by this time.
- Place in an ovenproof dish at a distance from each other.
- Slightly press down on each ball with your finger or a fork, for example. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
- That’s the secret of how to make peanut cookies. Cool slightly before serving and top with icing sugar or icing if desired.
