Ingredients

  • 75 g mararine
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 75 g powdered suar
  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ point baking powder
  • 1 can (s) pear (s)

For the filling:

  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 2 points pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 500 g quark
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 150 g powdered suar

Instructions

  1. Prepare a dough from the specified ingredients. Put the batter in a springform pan. Cut the drained pears into small pieces and spread them on the dough.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients for the filling one after the other. Pour the mixture over the pears.
  3. Baking time: 90 minutes / 180 °
  4. For the decoration, beat 4 egg whites with 75g powdered sugar until stiff. Spread the egg white on the cake 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Maybe pull up small tips with a teaspoon.
