Ingredients

  • 100 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
  • 800 g pear (s)
  • 50 g oat flakes, crunchy
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoon sugar
  • 300 g low-fat quark
  • 2 tablespoon pudding powder, (vanilla)
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° (convection 160 °). Grease the baking dish. Finely crumble the amarettini and mix with the oat flakes.
  2. Peel and core the pears and divide them into wedges. If there are 2 shifts, it doesn`t matter. Sprinkle the pears with half of the biscuit and oatmeal mixture.
  3. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the quark and pudding powder and stir until it has become a thick mass and there are no more pieces in it. Pour the quark mixture over the pears and sprinkle with the remaining biscuit and oatmeal mixture.
  4. Bake on the middle rack for about 45 minutes.
  5. Butter biscuits are also possible instead of Amarettini.
  6. The egg whites can be processed into meringues with the rest of the pudding powder and of course sugar
